All items are made to order — your product is created after your purchase is placed, not pulled off a shelf. That's part of why we can offer so many perfect-for-just-this-moment designs without a warehouse full of inventory.
Good things take a little time to make — most orders land on your doorstep within 7–12 business days of placing it, start to finish.
Processing time
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be produced before they ship.
During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may run a little longer.
Shipping time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: Not available at this time
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please visit our contact page as soon as possible.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us via our contact page and we'll do our best to help.
